• One account per person — multi-accounting is prohibited

• Distributing or reselling generated keys
• Impersonating other users or staff
• Using the service for any illegal activity beyond its intended purpose
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass the bstlar key retrieval system — this is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent termination of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amnesia is provided for free with no guarantees. We are not liable for any damages, bans, data loss, or other consequences arising from the use of the service. You use it at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and assets related to Amnesia are owned by the Amnesia project. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the software without explicit permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
